Our Mission Drives Our Work

All Saints' has grown and evolved in many ways since opening in the fall of 1963; however, everything we do is guided by our mission and core tenets. Our mission is our greatest strength: it defines who we are, what we do, and where we are going. It is at the center of all we do.

Academic Excellence

Our faculty and staff are committed to helping each child find success by identifying areas of growth and supporting their individual strengths.

Character Cultivation

We develop confident students who are inspired and well-equipped to contribute to an ever-changing world.

Community

We have passionate and experienced educators, engaged families, and welcoming students.

The All Saints' Way

Each year, all Board of Trustees members, students, faculty, and staff sign The All Saints' Way, affirming our commitment to this shared ideology—central to who we are as a Community of All Saints':

Our Community Commitment

At All Saints', our Episcopal identity shapes how we care for one another, learn, and lead. Guided by the belief that every person is worthy of dignity and respect, we are committed to creating a community where everyone is known, valued, and encouraged to grow. Every member of our community—students, families, faculty, and staff—plays a role in living The All Saints' Way.

We live this commitment through three shared values:

Respect

We honor the dignity of every person through kindness, honesty, and care.

Responsibility

We take ownership of our actions, contribute to our community, and strive to do what is right.

Understanding

We seek first to understand—with curiosity, empathy, and humility—and recognize that every person has something to teach us.

These values shape our classrooms, our relationships, our leadership, and our service. They guide how we resolve conflict, celebrate differences, support one another, and prepare students to lead lives of purpose, compassion, and integrity. Together, they shape a culture where students grow in character as intentionally as they grow in knowledge.
