How to apply to All Saints’ Episcopal Day School

Welcome to the admissions process, we look forward to working together!

To submit an application, please click the orange “Apply Now” link on the top right corner of this page. Once you have submitted an online application, the system will assign a checklist to you. The checklist will allow you to download a transcript request form and electronically submit a teacher recommendation form.  This checklist is a great way to stay informed as you navigate through required steps and meet important admissions deadlines.

The deadlines listed are for first round consideration. If an application or supplemental materials are received after the deadline, you will be considered in rolling admissions. For questions, at any point during this process, please contact the Office of Admissions. Thank you for your interest in an All Saints’ education.

    • Shadow Day (Applicants to 6th-8th grades will complete a student interview during their shadow day experience.)
If you are interested in mid-year entry during the 2022–23 school year, please contact the Office of Admissions prior to completing an application.

  • October 3 Application process begins for the 2023–24 school year

  • November 10 Open House (at capacity)
December 2022
  • December 8 Open House (at capacity)
January 2023
  • January 24 Open House (at capacity)
  • January 21 Pre-kindergarten & Kindergarten Playdates
  • January 27 Pre-kindergarten & Kindergarten Playdates
  • January 28 Grades 1–8 Assessment Day
  • January 28 All applications, supporting documentation, and required steps due for first-round consideration.
Pre-kindergarten and Kindergarten applicants with complete files by January 28 may qualify for accelerated admission decisions.
March 2023
  • March 3 First-round decisions announced
