Special Persons Day Schedule

Tuesday, November 22, 2022
Pre-K, Kindergarten, and First Grade
8:00 a.m.

Guests arrive, drop off students at homeroom
Guests may go to Manning Hall for lite bites and coffee
8:10 a.m.
Guests find seats (Father Carl Carlozzi Gymnasium)
8:30 a.m.
Musical Performance begins
9:15 a.m.
Guests unite with students at homeroom and begin Classroom Visits


Second, Third, and Fourth Grades
8:00 a.m. Guests arrive and begin Classroom Visits
8:30 a.m.
Guests and students begin Choice Activities
9:10 a.m.
Guests find seats (Father Carlozzi Gymnasiumum)
9:30 a.m.
Musical Performance begins
10:15 a.m.
Guests unite with students at homeroom

After the musical performance, guests and students may continue to visit Choice activities.

Fifth and Sixth Grades
8:00 a.m. Students arrive and head to Advisory
9:00 a.m.
Guests arrive, join students
Following check-in at advisory, students and guests begin Choice Activities
9:45 a.m.
Students return to Advisory
Guests find seats (see below)
10:30 a.m.
Musical Performances begin
Students in General Music will perform in the Father Carl Carlozzi Gymnasium.
Students in Band will perform in the Memorial Garden.
11:00 a.m.
Guests unite with students at Advisory

After the musical performance, guests and students can leave whenever they are ready.
